Fertility Package

12 Sessions - 2 hours each

Prenatal + Birth Package

3 sessions + L&D

including:

Nutrition and exercise guidance
Labor and Delivery preferences
Doctors visit preparation
"What to expect" information
Labor pain management
Postpartum preferences
Due date preparation
Up to 3hr Postpartum family stay
1 Postpartum visits within first week of birth (optional)
24/7 on-call service (at 37 weeks+)
Back-up Doula in case of emergencies
Please note: additional sessions can be added and virtual sessions can be IN-person for an additional fee.

PACKAGE 2

Postpartum Package

12 sessions - 2 hrs each

PLEASE NOTE: Single sessions and additional sessions can be booked at $75/hour as well.

including:

Collaborative care support (for new parents and close family)
Recapturing the birth experience and emotional support while working through those feelings (with education on Mama Blues vs. Postpartum Depression)
Nutrition and healing foods guidance and education
Lactation and breastfeeding support
Belly-binding and breathwork education sessions
Infant massage guidance
childcare for parental rest

Adoption/Surrogacy Package

12 sessions - 2 hours each

PLEASE NOTE: Single sessions and additional sessions can be booked at $75/hour as well

including:

Collaborative care support (for new parents and close family)
Birth preferences for surrogacy experience
"What to expect" information
Recapturing the adoption/birth experience and emotional support while working through those feelings
Nutrition and infant massage guidance
